Adult Basic Education
Mt. SAC Adult Basic Education is where students of all ages can take FREE classes (many ONLINE) to earn their high school diploma and high school credits, study for a High School Equivalency exam (GED/HiSET), prepare for the military entrance exam, gain computer skills, and find services such as counseling and career development.
The Adult Basic Education Department works with local K-12 districts, county, and state agencies to provide instructional programs and support services to assist noncredit students with their educational needs.
