Equity Definitions

Equity refers to the fair and respectful treatment of all people. 
Equity Fluent Leadership: Individuals who understand the value of different lived experiences and courageously use their power to address barriers, increase access, and drive change for positive impact.
Valuing diversity means that we recognize and respect everyone's unique qualities and attributes. 
Inclusionmeans that all individuals feel respected, accepted and valued.
